About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications Specialist to join our growing team in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that drive employee engagement, foster a connected culture, and support ejada goals. Ideal candidates will bring + 6 years of relevant experience in internal communications, corporate events, and employee engagement—preferably within the tech, fintech, telecom, or creative sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver internal communication plans aligned with business priorities and company culture.
Create engaging content for internal channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, Teams, digital signage, etc.).
Plan and manage internal events such as company town halls, team celebrations, product milestone events, and employee appreciation activities.
Support cross-functional initiatives by providing strategic communication support across HR, leadership, and operations.
Partner with leadership to deliver authentic and timely messaging during company updates, changes, or launches.
Leverage employee feedback and engagement data to inform communication approaches.
Champion culture and values through storytelling, campaigns, and creative communication formats.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
+ 6 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in the tech, fintech, or telecom industry or Creative industries.
Strong command of English and Arabic, with excellent writing and editorial skills.
Proven experience organizing impactful internal events in hybrid or remote work settings.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, or intranet systems).
A team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in change management, employer branding, or employee experience design.
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
Previous experience in multinational or agile tech environments.
