The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Saudi National to join our real estate brokerage team as an Administrative Officer . This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality listing management across major property platforms.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and draft brokerage agreements in line with Saudi real estate regulations.

Create and manage rental contracts , ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Upload and maintain property listings on marketing platforms such as Aqar and Bayut.
Coordinate listing information, photos, and documentation with agents and internal teams.
Maintain organized digital records and contract databases.
Support the brokerage team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in documentation related to licensing.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Wiyyana

Saudi National (mandatory).

Eligible to obtain or currently hold a FAL Real Estate License .

Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Comfortable using online systems and marketing platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role.
Familiarity with Saudi property platforms such as Aqar and Bayut.
Understanding of brokerage documentation and leasing processes.
