Responsibilities:
Interface with customers to identify their problems and business needs.
Requirement Elicitations and Gathering.
Drive functional and non-functional requirements from customer requirements.
Conducting Feasibility Study, Gap Analysis.
Validate & Verify Requirements.
Develop clear documentation for requirements, story boarding, user scenarios, etc.
Create test scenarios, test conditions & expected results and test cases.
Execute test scripts and test software programs to compare specifications, documentations and make sure that it meets customer requirements.
Assures system usability and flexibility.
Generate and write clear defect reports and validate bug fixes.
Re-Engineering for Business Process: Recommends improvements to business processes.
Identify the nature of the work of various departments of the Government Entities to identify opportunities to improve their performance through Elicitation Session and process Improvements.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or economics.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of and experience in Agile, SDLC and ERP.
The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
