Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Machine Learning technical lead to join our Journey in the data science and AI department and lead 7+ seniors and juniors, he will be responsible about designing the solution, planning and delivery in addition to solve any technical issues to the team.

Job Accountabilities:

• Lead, mentor, and advise the ML team members.

• Set the applicable plan and timeline

• Delivery responsibility

• Apply the scrum method

• Identify the most effective architectures and models to solve complex data problems.

• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools using deep learning and artificial neural networks.

• Designing AI/ML pipelines.

• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks.

• The document, summarize and present findings to a group of peers and stakeholders across multiple projects.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or in an Engineering or Sciences discipline or related degree

• Machine learning and AWS certificates are plus

Required Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience Python development and Machine learning development and

• 2+ years agile and Scrum proven experience

Required Skills:

• Lead more than 7 team members (ML engineers and QA)

• 2+ years agile and Scrum proven experience

• 6+ years’ experience in Machine learning development and Python development

• Define ML/DL Opportunities through project’s needs.

• Implement the required ML/DL related research which include (Research Papers reading and digestion, provide the scientific references that supports the final decision)

• Perform surveys and technical reporting on available ML/DL approaches to evaluate and decide the way to go.

• Develop all required NLP/ML/DL solutions with the training and fine tuning for both testing and production.

• Manage & run project’s workloads on the cloud (Amazon Web Services).

• Linux experience

• Provide the required models and algorithms documentation for the purposes of testing.

• Help in technical assessment preparation for ML/NLP new applicants.

• NLP experience is required, and Arabic NLP is advantage

• AWS experience is required
