Duties and responsibilities:

Analyzing the current state of the business, its goals, challenges, and opportunities
Developing and presenting strategic plans and proposals to address the business needs and objectives
Conducting high level customer presentation
Qualify sales leads
Handover the qualified leads to the sales team for follow up and closure

Contacting potential customers over the phone or using online tools
Leading and managing the implementation of the proposed solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
Monitoring and evaluating the results and impact of the solutions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement

Skills and qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a similar role
Proven track record of delivering successful business solutions and achieving client satisfaction
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of relevant tools, methods, and frameworks for business analysis and development
