Hospitality Building Services is seeking a dynamic Hospitality Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish in Charlotte, NC. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll oversee all phases of the building process-collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, code-compliant completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, deliverables, and resource needs
  • Draft and manage project budgets
  • Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Create and manage project schedules and construction timelines
  • Coordinate across project teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Review plans, scopes, submittals, and drawings for specification compliance
  • Oversee contracts and subcontracts
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure safety and code compliance
  • Submit project close-out documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • Report project progress, cost status, and milestone updates
  • Ensure documentation, permits, and all approvals are maintained

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction, architectural, and engineering principles
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Project Management Software
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read, review, and interpret technical construction documents
  • OSHA certification required
