- Approach clients online through all online social resources.
- Manage and lead deals from end to end.
- Build long-term and authentic relationships with clients.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Enhances department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Keep current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

- Understanding of tech business and tech sales lifecycles
