Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Manage and optimize content creation, distribution, and performance tracking for SupportFinity.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine GTM strategies and content.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign goals.
Operate and leverage Claude AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and communication enhancement.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GTM activities and content initiatives.
Proven experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy execution and ICP outreach.
Demonstrated success in content management, including creation, curation, and performance analysis.
Proficiency in using AI tools, specifically Claude, for operational tasks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
