- Allocate and manage the marketing budget.

- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans
- Create annual and quarterly marketing calendars.
- Plan campaigns around holidays, events, and seasonal trends.
- Social Media Management
- Manage content creation and posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Monitor engagement and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.
- Email & SMS Marketing
- Design and send newsletters, promotions, and reservation reminders.
- Build and segment email/SMS lists for targeted campaigns.
- Advertising & Promotions
- Design and implement in-house promotions and special events.
- Coordinate paid digital ads (Google, Meta, Yelp, etc.).
- Brand Management
- Maintain consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee photography, menu design, and other visual assets.
- Public Relations
- Draft press releases and pitch stories to local media.
- Coordinate influencer visits and media tastings.
