Key Responsibilities
Immediate Responsibilities (year one):
- Participate in investor meetings and learn the Turn/River story, team, and portfolio messaging
- Support all investor interactions through daily key processes (meeting prep, meeting recaps, meeting tracking, thank you notes)
- Spearhead implementation of CRM and design of custom templates and reports (pipeline, interactions and trip reports, meeting prep notes)
- Complete investor questionnaires and ad hoc investor requests
- Project manage operational due diligence work with Turn/River's COO and CFO
- Manage compliance review of external materials with CCO and Compliance Consultant
- Manage the quarterly update report process
- Create internal portfolio collateral to support portfolio updates
- Help organize and execute LP events including spring investor lunches and Annual Investor Day
- Support strategic planning, market mapping, prospecting trips/road show planning
- Organize the IR file system
- Document IR best practices in the IR handbook
- Start hosting and leading select investor meetings
- Travel to meet existing and prospective investors
- Attend select conferences and networking events
- Further systemize key processes and contribute to the continued buildout of the IR platform
- Manage future data rooms
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of experience in Alternatives (private equity, venture capital, real estate, hedge funds) or Investment Banking
- Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written)
- Product specialist capability (eager to learn how to speak in depth about the portfolio)
- Systematic thinker, process oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Self starter, high motor individual
- Highly curious, self-motivated to seek out new learning opportunities
- Collaborative and communicative
- San Francisco, hybrid work model (in office Tuesday - Thursday)
- The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000 - 220,000, taking into account numerous variable factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational requirements.
