Audio/Video Technical Support Expert is needed as per following roles, responsibilities and minimum qualifications.
Audio/Video Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients through helpdesk escalations.
- Provide technical support to clients on-site and assisting service and resident technicians as required.
- Demonstrate commitment to solving complex and technically challenging faults
- Provide technical guidance to the helpdesk in providing solutions that would assist with the day to day requirements.
- Provide technical liaison with Service Technicians regarding recommended system modifications and upgrades
- Work closely with the IT Team and addressing areas of concern.
- Build and expand the knowledge of the services team to be able to understand the client calls that would provide the following outcome
- Create clear and precise process flows that would assist the technicians Exceed the client's expectations by being proactive in handling and resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously
- Provide technical liaison with engineering and project departments regarding system handover documentation process.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Skills covering AV, Networks, IT
- Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills regarding Video Conferencing devices, Cisco, Polycom, Clear One, Video Conferencing Bridges Etc.
- Sound knowledge of audio and video equipment and systems with certification from reputed AV Manufacturers (Extron, BSS,Crestron,Biamp, AMXetc.)
- Strong PC/software skills including understanding Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx, Skype Business, Blue Jeans Etc.
