We’re looking for someone who knows how to make content that hits— on TikTok, Instagram, and whatever’s next— and, more importantly, how to turn attention into community and community into growth.
You’ll lead short-form content creation, drive guerrilla and grassroots marketing, and play a key role in shaping how we show up online. You’ll have real ownership across social, brand storytelling, and early-stage growth— testing ideas, launching experiments, and helping us scale.

What You’ll Do
- Concept, shoot, edit, and post original content for TikTok and Instagram
- Drive creative guerrilla marketing ideas—both IRL and online
- Help define and evolve our social tone, voice, and aesthetic
- Stay on top of trends and jump on them fast
- Lead influencer outreach, collabs, and craft conversations
- Track performance, experiment often, and help us grow with intention
- Foster and engage a real community — across platforms
- You’ve made content that’s gone viral (please send examples!)
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, trends, and what drives engagement
- Strong creative instincts and editing skills
- Natural community builder—you know how to spark conversation and keep people coming back
- Comfortable working with creators and influencers, from cold DMs to collabs
- Curious and scrappy—constantly testing new ideas to drive reach, engagement, and growth
- Bonus: experience building or managing creator/community programs
