The full stack developer is responsible for planning, designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, integrating, and maintaining applications in a .NET environment. They will also support security management, performance monitoring, and enhancements.
Education And Experience
- Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with full stack development
- Extensive experience in large scale design and implementation projects
- Experience with developing inclusive and accessible user interfaces
- Masters in Computer Science or related field (desired)
- Experience working with education systems or Department of Education (desired)
- Microsoft Certified: Application Developer Associate or equivalent
- Design and implement adaptable and innovative features across the full technology stack (frontend, backend and database)
- Develop modular, scalable and reusable code focused on performance and security
- Collaborate with UI/UX designer and business analyst to create intuitive interfaces
- Contribute to system architecture and code reviews
- Ensure the technology stack aligns with DOE standards and cybersecurity standards with seamless integration with modern tools
- Expertise in software analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, enhancements, support, and related activities through different stages of SDLC process.
- Proficient working with .NET 9+ Framework, C#, SQL Server, Angular/React, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Git
- Familiarity with enterprise data integration and authentication frameworks
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams as well as independently
- Ability to clearly communicate risks, obstacles, and issues
