Head of Business Operations

What we’re looking for:


The Head of Business Operations will be a pivotal member of the executive team, partnering closely with the CEO and Founder to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional operations while incubating and overseeing core functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth companies and will have a deep understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem. You will need to be able to balance high-level strategy with day-to-day operations as we expand our business across two distinct go-to-market motions and will be willing to roll-up your sleeves to tackle the most important challenges we face.


This role will be responsible for:


Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, providing strategic counsel on business growth, market opportunities, and potential financing scenarios
  • Help craft and promote Trusted’s strategic narrative as a category defining company
  • Lead strategic projects related to market expansion, new product launches, or M&A activities

Business Operations

  • Drive annual and quarterly planning across both staffing and enterprise divisions
  • Own cross-functional meetings & working cadences to foster accountability, communication, and problem solving
  • Implement systems and processes that enable efficient operations while maintaining startup agility

Organizational Development

  • Build and develop high-performing teams across key centralized functions
  • Drive organizational design and scaling strategies to support rapid growth
  • Incubate emerging functions and own hiring processes for long-term leadership


The ideal candidate:


Has the following experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Experience in both strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.
  • Experience in healthcare, staffing, or software.
  • Experience in high-growth environments ($50M+ revenue).
  • Experience with P&L management.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics.
  • MBA or degree from a top-tier institution.
