The Helpdesk Specialist is in charge of providing excellent end user experience, which includes resolving potential or actual technical issues. One of their main duties of Helpdesk Specialist is troubleshooting different software packages, hardware devices, and other peripherals.

- To provide qualified and experienced help-desk
- To ask leading questions in order to discover/fix as much as possible about user's problem and analysing/diagnosing user problems remotely.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering/Science/Information Technology.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Office Specialist 2016 Master
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certified At least three years' experience in Hardware/Software.
- Excellent knowledge of BMC Remedy Application.
