What You’ll Do
As a Digital Production Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing brand creative to life across Amazon, working closely with internal stakeholders to localize and adapt global creative assets. You will collaborate with design and merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class visuals that are optimized for ecommerce and meet both brand and retailer standards.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,400.00 to $93,250.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

What You’ll Do

- Adapt global and regional creative assets into Amazon-specific formats, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and retailer compliance
- Design and produce digital assets across the full Amazon ecosystem (including brand store pages, PDPs, A+ content, and retail media)
- Collaborate with Senior Digital Production Designer and Amazon Account Leads to ensure timelines, priorities, and asset specifications are met
- Implement creative feedback quickly and accurately, delivering multiple iterations in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold brand guidelines while optimizing content for conversion and improved customer experience
- Stay up to date on Amazon creative trends and best practices to continuously improve output
- BS/BA required
- 2-4 years of digital design experience, including mobile and web
- Strong attention to detail, eye for design
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience working in a cross-functional, highly collaborative environment
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across web and mobile
- Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams
- Proficiency in Figma
