Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support to team leads and stakeholders
- Help manage timelines, track progress, and update project documentation
- Prepare agendas, compile meeting materials, and take meeting notes
- Conduct research and gather information relevant to ongoing initiatives
- Maintain data entry and project tracking tools for consistency and clarity
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed
- Support the successful execution of milestones outlined in the project workplan
- Handle multiple tasks while meeting established deadline
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (SharePoint a plus)
- Prior experience supporting nonprofit, public health, or education-based programs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on workplace policies
- Start Date: May 2025
- Contract Duration: 4 months (with potential for extension)
