About the role:
The Project Manager – Creative and Marketing Integration will demonstrate a proven ability to guide teams through high quality, on brand design while managing multiple projects and deadlines. This role owns the end-to-end creative workflow, ensuring alignment across marketing campaigns, e-commerce product drops, performance ads, and events. Acting as a key liaison between the creative and marketing teams, this person will translate briefs into clear, actionable timelines and deliverables. They will bring a solid foundation in project management with a focus on creative execution and cross functional communication.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and balance competing deadlines, ensuring teams stay focused on high-impact work.
- Own the end-to-end management of creative requests and marketing campaigns, from intake to execution.
- Collaborate and lead keeping the team of graphic designers on track by providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality design work that aligns with brand standards and project objectives.
- Act as a liaison between creative and marketing teams for e-comm product drops, performance ads, and event activations.
- Keep teams informed of project status, shifts in priorities, and deadline changes.
- Lead weekly creative meetings to align on deliverables, timelines, and blockers.
- Translate briefs into clear, actionable timelines across design, creative, and marketing teams.
- Ensure creative output aligns with channel-specific goals and brand standards.
- Maintain project trackers, status documents, and calendars for visibility across teams.
- Facilitate feedback loops between marketing stakeholders and creative contributors.
- QA creative assets for accuracy, specs, and brand alignment before delivery.
- Identify and address workflow inefficiencies and process bottlenecks.
- Leverage strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of creative and marketing initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs and support the success of the team.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design competency.
- 3+ years of web design experience with emphasis in e-commerce strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Experience with Adobe XD preferred.
- Web prototyping experience strongly preferred.
- Image retouching experience strongly preferred.
- Video editing experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with other designers, developers, and other team members.
