Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews on-site
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and material management
- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications
- Maintain job site safety, enforcing compliance with all safety protocols
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, Dingos, manlifts, forklifts, and excavators
- Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed, including carpentry, roofing, concrete work, framing, and site layout
- Ensure high standards of quality, precision, and professionalism are maintained
- 5+ years of experience in general or commercial construction
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including work at heights over 6'
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- FL Driver License required (Clean Driving Record Required)
