QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong artistic skills, and a love for computer games, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Coverage of the existing and new functionality with test documentation (bug reports, checklists, test cases);
  • Perform regression testing and product preparation for the release;
  • Finding and reporting defects with detailed and accurate steps to reproduce;
  • Daily collaboration with the development and product teams;
  • Active participation in planning processes and product development.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in manual testing;
  • Experience in mobile testing (iOS, Android, etc.);
  • Experience with bug-tracking systems;
  • Experience in creating test documentation;
  • Basic understanding of the levels of testing and test design techniques;
  • Understanding of the way client-server architecture works;
  • Willingness to analyze requirements for a product, define potential problems, and offer solutions;
  • Focus on results and patience.

Bonus points for

  • Experience in manual game testing;
  • Experience with Unity;
  • Experience with Xcode;
  • Pre-Intermediate spoken level of English and higher;
  • Basic knowledge of test automation;
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages;
  • Experience with Jira, YouTrack.
