• Manage & lead the team of app developers.
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Strong knowledge of React workflows (such as Flux & Redux).
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs.
• Release multiple applications to IOS and Google Play stores.
• Ability to work through new and difficult ReactJS and React Native issues, UI Patterns like MVC.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

6+ years of experience in developing web applications and cross-platform applications, especially using ReactJS and React Native.

• Experience with code optimization and performance improvements.
• Experience in facilitating the team’s work by preparing a predefined template for upcoming projects.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio.
•  Experience with a mobile native experience, like push notification and cloud messaging application programming interfaces.
• General understanding of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines and the willingness to learn more
• Strong Algo/DS/Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills & analytical skills.
• ReactJS, JavaScript, Typescript, React Native, Redux, NoSQL, Redux-Saga, Flux, Angular.
