Senior Director – M&A and Corporate Development

Strategy & Corporate Development at Innovaccer

The Innovaccer Strategy & Corporate Development team is responsible for driving Innovaccer’s organic and inorganic growth by (i) identifying opportunities to expand our offerings, (ii) identifying and activating new product and market opportunities and (iii) shaping strategic initiatives to accelerate long-term growth at Innovaccer. Led by the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, the Strategy & Corporate Development team works directly across the Executive Leadership Team to develop strategic prioritization, drive inorganic growth and cultivate diversified Platform and partnership opportunities.



About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Director – M&A and Corporate Developmen t to lead our growth initiatives through acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and strategic alliances. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term strategy, identifying and executing M&A opportunities, and driving inorganic growth


A Day in the Life

M&A Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end M&A process from sourcing to execution
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic acquisition targets
  • Lead detailed financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation activities
  • Support due diligence activities across functions (tech, product, finance, legal, HR, etc.) to evaluate integration fit
  • Develop integration strategies and work with functional teams to ensure seamless post-merger integration and value capture


Strategy Development & Execution

  • Support corporate strategy initiatives and board-level reporting
  • Track market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and potential target companies
  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, and joint venture patners


What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or control investing
  • Proven track record of leading and executing complex M&A transactions
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities with ability to influence at all levels
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
