About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Partner and two Executives. As part of our Support team, you will take ownership of scheduling, coordinating both domestic and international travel, and assisting with events as needed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support to a Partner and two executives.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings/conference calls.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports.
- Organize correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
- Handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
- Draft internal and external communications such as memos, emails and reports.
- Provide backup support for other Executive Assistants as needed.
- 9+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, showcasing a refined expertise in executive support and a thoughtful approach to process optimization.
- Proven experience providing C-Suite level support, with a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage executive schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, warm, and professional tone.
- Highly organized, adept at handling complex requests from multiple stakeholders with efficiency, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with a talented team of administrative professionals.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change, demonstrating the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent professional references, reflecting a consistent track record of reliability and excellence in past roles.

- The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000-165,000 (plus bonus) taking into account numerous variable factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational requirements.
