Role Description

Responsibilities

• Assisting with capital raising from relevant industry sectors and geographic markets depending upon the market of interest. 

• Identifying acquisition targets from fintech, medtech, AI and B2B SaaS market players. 

• Tap into resources or past contacts to assist with financing and alternative methods of capital support based on specific industries. 

• Introduce the firm to other VC firms, recommend syndication options to build momentum for capital raising.

Due Diligence

• The firm reviews one company per month for potential investment.

• Two pitch calls are scheduled monthly, with Venture Partners having the option to invest via an SPV.

• Interested parties follow the company to the finance committee where partnerships and early exit plans are developed.
