- The Cyber Security Scrum Master conducts security testing and continuous vulnerability monitoring to include delivering a continuous monitoring plan and vulnerability management reports.
- Ability to provide timely remediation recommendations for audit findings.
- Ability to support the updates to Risk Management Framework Artifacts.
- Manages and leads the performance of technical Cyber Security assessments, including network penetration testing, red teaming, web application tests and vulnerability assessments.
- The Cyber Security Scrum Master supervises and conducts cyber security control assessments in accordance with industry frameworks and leading practices.
- Assists with the performance of compromise assessments to identify indicators of compromise within an organization’s network and systems.
- The Cyber Security Scrum Master performs cyber threat and risk assessments.
- The Cyber Security Scrum Master manages the end-to-end client engagement process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Experience documenting technical testing and assessment results in a formal report format and presenting results to both a technical and executive audience.
- Experience in reviewing security configurations of common network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and server operating systems.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and computer networking.
- Understanding and working knowledge of common security framework.
- Threat and compromise assessment and threat intelligence platform knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Experience performing vulnerability scanning with an enterprise vulnerability scanner.
- Strong leadership, recruiting, training and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
