1. Introduction

Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of SupportFinity, Inc. product (“SupportFinity”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site is operated by SupportFinity and has been created to provide information about our company and our software-as-a-service platform for hiring software developers and managing software development projects, mobile applications and related services (together with the Site, the “Services”) to our Service visitors (“you”, “your”). Appropriate use and protection of personal data is our highest priority. Thus, the following policy is designed to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), California Consumer Privacy Act (“CaCPA”) and other data protection laws.

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services or use certain Services. Wherever SupportFinity collects Personal Data, we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of SupportFinity and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

a) Blog: If you wish, you can subscribe to our blog by filling out the registration form provided there. The personal data collected in the registration form will only be processed for sending newsletters to your e- mail address and only if you have given your consent to this data processing. Your personal data will be processed until you unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the link “unsubscribe,” which is provided in each newsletter you receive from us. Please note that you will not receive any newsletters from us after you unsubscribe.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by SupportFinity other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to SupportFinity through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as forums, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and SupportFinity shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

SupportFinity does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. SupportFinity's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

We want to assure you that SupportFinity does not share any user data with AI models for the purpose of analysis, advertising, or any other data mining activities. We believe in safeguarding your personal information and maintaining the highest standards of data privacy.
