  • Overall responsibility for all Program Management Office domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, HR, Procurement and Integration.
  • Manages the overall program scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Sets the program plan and make recommendations to modify the plan when necessary.
  • The Program Manager ensures optimization and resolves conflicts to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
  • The Program Manager assigns project managers to initiate and manages the performance of component projects. Integrates and oversees multiple related projects.
  • The Program Manager ensures alignment of all projects under his/her supervision with standards and program management methodology.
  • Ensures an effective and engaged program team, usually without direct authority, by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship.
  • Builds credible relationships and maintains communication with stakeholders at various levels, both internal and external.

  • Experience in Program management with excellent managing in big complex systems.
  • Ability to look beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems.
  • Experience in workforce management, capacity forecasting, metrics reporting and project management.
  • Successful and proven experience leading delivery efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience in consultant and vendor sub-contracting establishment.
  • Program Management Professional Certification a plus.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and possess ability to work with individuals at all levels.
  • Client facing capabilities, excellent communication skills. .
