The Datacenter Architect will be responsible for the development of industry-leading data center designs which includes defining new technology and advanced concepts from pre-programming through design development, construction and the turnover to Operations.
- The Datacenter Architect manages multiple teams of architects, engineers and designers.
- Delivers projects aligned with the defined scopes, schedules and budgets.
- The Datacenter Architect provides technical direction for the structural and architectural components of the projects including facilitating systems coordination and organization throughout the sites and data centers.
- Supports and directs clients through the deployment of new technologies.
- Analyzes system performance and recommend improvements.
- Establishes and refines the methods, procedures, and guidelines in the physical space.
- Designs, implements, and supports networks and systems that underlie the entire physical infrastructure.
- The Datacenter Architect works directly with the engineers, designers, SDETs, and TPMs to understand their pain points, and how we can solve them.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment, team building, and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present information effectively and persuasively.
- Experience in mission critical projects (Data Centers, Laboratories and/or Micro-Electronics projects or similar)
- Experience in architecture/engineering with experience as a lead architect.
