Responsibilities
  • The Staff Engineer conducts on-site visit and machine turnover to clients in order to train end users on safety, contamination control, warranty coverage, proper operation and care of equipment.
  • The Staff Engineer gathers and consolidates Sales Pipeline and transactional reports of Machines Group in order to monitor sales performance in terms of Sales and Gross Profit.
  • The Staff Engineer coordinates and provides assistance to Sales Group on sales presentations, production studies, machine value analysis, etc. in order to assist in value selling.
  • The Staff Engineer encodes configuration in Dealer Business System (DBS) in order to place order in the system.
  • Compile all records, drawings and other Engineering documentations, assistir the whole Department in all Engineering activities.
  • The Staff Engineer are responsible for the evaluation of existing process and configuring manufacturing system.
  • Guides and implements the statistical process control practice.
  • Coordinates with client on product design and update.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Experience leading large initiatives with the ability to course correct as needed.
  • Ability to consistently evaluate current approaches to testing to continue to be industry best-of-class.
  • Proven track record at increasing a team's velocity.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers.
  • Finite element analysis software experience.
  • Experience in collaborating with product stakeholders.
  • Strong software design fundamentals, Exposure to digital design concepts. .
