The Staff Engineer is a professionals who designs, develops, and inspects a range of equipment, products, or structures.
- The Staff Engineer conducts on-site visit and machine turnover to clients in order to train end users on safety, contamination control, warranty coverage, proper operation and care of equipment.
- The Staff Engineer gathers and consolidates Sales Pipeline and transactional reports of Machines Group in order to monitor sales performance in terms of Sales and Gross Profit.
- The Staff Engineer coordinates and provides assistance to Sales Group on sales presentations, production studies, machine value analysis, etc. in order to assist in value selling.
- The Staff Engineer encodes configuration in Dealer Business System (DBS) in order to place order in the system.
- Compile all records, drawings and other Engineering documentations, assistir the whole Department in all Engineering activities.
- The Staff Engineer are responsible for the evaluation of existing process and configuring manufacturing system.
- Guides and implements the statistical process control practice.
