Technology Trainer

The Instructor/Trainer duties includes planning lessons, monitoring and assessing student progress on an ongoing basis, participating in the intake process as requested, creating Individual Learning Plans with students, and collecting, recording and reporting all necessary information related to students in a timely manner.


Responsibilities
  • The Instructor/Trainer prepares all needed materials and resources before the start of every training.
  • Effectively delivers assigned training sessions per the training standards.
  • Performs all other administrative tasks during every training as required and agreed with the Training Center Manager.
  • Submits all post-training reports as agreed with the Training Center Manager.
  • Contributes to improve succeeding trainings through valuable inputs and participation during post-training debrief sessions.
  • Effectively manages address and report concerns and issues raised by trainees for the entire duration of training.
  • The Instructor/Trainer actively participates on all planning sessions and positively contribute to improve training and administrative processes. .

Qualifications
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions.
  • Experience in conducting organizational training and/or seminar/workshop topics.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results individually and team setting.
  • Strategic in developing and creating modules, process documents, and training materials.
  • Analytic and Result oriented, Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Must have work experience as a Trainer in any functions.
  • Ability to work independently. .
