SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the
operations of the company and will be responsible for a variety of
administrative functions, including: 1. Balance and review daily
production of management reports with operation managers to ensure entry
is complete and accurate 2. Invoice customer sales and material pick-up
sales 3. Administrative support back up 4. Answer phones, filing, and
miscellaneous tasks as assigned This is a full-time seasonal position,

Requirements: 1. Must have a strong work ethic. 2. Ability to work

Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Experience with
