About Role
As A Business Head International Sales, you have to drive Ripik's industrial SaaS global expansion: lead strategies, distributed teams, and manufacturing/enterprise accounts across APAC, EMEA, and beyond to exceed revenue targets.

As A Business Head International Sales, you have to drive Ripik's industrial SaaS global expansion: lead strategies, distributed teams, and manufacturing/enterprise accounts across APAC, EMEA, and beyond to exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build/execute global strategies for YoY growth: P&L ownership, forecasting, pipeline/pricing across regions.
- Lead distributed Enterprise Directors / BDMs and mentor across time zones, track KPIs.
- Own key accounts end-to-end: hunt new markets, farm expansions, build international partnerships.
- Analyze global trends/competitors; collaborate cross-functionally for localized leads, feedback, retention; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Report metrics quarterly; optimize CRM/tools for multi-region scalability.
- 15+ years international B2B SaaS sales in manufacturing / industrial sectors.
- Led global teams; hunting/farming/partnerships expertise across borders.
- Elite negotiation/communication; technical aptitude; global insights
- Technical background or prior experience managing B2B SaaS product accounts preferred
- Strong exposure in Global Market insight (regulations, expansions)
- Tools like CRM/ HubSpot proficiency
- P&L experience, multilingual
