Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Reporting and Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for generating comprehensive reports for clients, creating customer dashboards, performing utilization analysis for various teams, and managing CRM functions for the MEA region. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel capabilities, experience in order processing and management, and proficiency in MDF and rebate calculations.

Client Reporting
Generate and deliver accurate and timely reports for clients, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting needs and tailor reports accordingly.

What You Will Bring To The Team
- Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role involving client reporting and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically within the MEA region, is highly desirable.
- Background in order processing and management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
