FIRCO Application Support engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience, To be part of the Compliance System Monitoring and Validation function team
And to achieve below objectives with a focus on Firco Continuity deployments:
· in designing Customer and Payment Screening solutions using Firco Trust and Firco Continuity , FSK and Firco Utilities.
· Deep expertise and understanding of the name and payment screening process in a bank.
· Knowledge on different types of watch lists.
· Banking IT experience in the Compliance domain.
· Experience of Integrating Firco Continuity with multiple Payment gateways.
· Well versed with message formats of Payment gateways such as Swift, UAEFTS, local gateways, Trade Payments, etc.
· Knowledge of WebSphere/Unix/Oracle/SQL query and IBM MQ
· Vendor Coordination, JIRA, Service Management/Change Management tool experience
· System monitoring including log / error checking and trouble shooting
· Providing Solution on incident / Service Request tickets received
· Raise Problem Tickets & take necessary actions till closure
· Liaise with vendors for problem tickets & resolve issues
