Responsibilities
- Lead team and conduct client meetings
- Design, documentation and construction administration
- Mentors and trains team members
- Responsible for budgeting, staffing and schedule for projects and teams
- Acts as client point of contact
- Manages and coordinates consultants
- Proficient in ArchiCad and can mentor the team with technical questions
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 8 + years related experience
- Proficiency in 3D design and modeling software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
