Position Summary
The Graphic Artist creates dynamic static graphics, motion graphics, and video content for diverse
marketing initiatives at Graton Resort & Casino. Prioritizing motion and video design, this role
conceptualizes and implements multimedia campaigns while supporting static digital and print needs.
Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the designer works closely with the Marketing and Advertising Teams to produce highly polished assets. This position acts as a brand steward, ensuring visual and technical accuracy, strict adherence to brand standards, and highly efficient workflows.

Essential Functions
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and
- Create dynamic static graphics, motion graphics, and videos for diverse marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualize and implement multimedia campaigns, prioritizing motion and video while supporting static digital and print media.
- Adapt to various styles to solve creative design challenges across static and motion formats.
- Follow industry trends to ensure materials align with current design standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to produce high-quality creative assets through an iterative process.
- Exchange constructive feedback with the Creative Design Manager, Advertising Team, and fellow
- Uphold brand standards and ensure the accuracy, quality, and visual integrity of all deliverables.
- Act as a brand steward by reviewing materials for visual, informational, and technical correctness before final delivery.
- Self-review all artwork for accuracy and brand adherence prior to department release.
- Prepare final, high-quality files optimized for specific media channels and platforms.
- Meet deadlines using clear communication and strong organizational skills.
- Maintain organized working files to facilitate seamless collaboration.
