Responsibilities may include:
- Promote positive company culture and relationship between employees and HR.
- Develop and implement human resources policies.
- Support strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Directly supervise HR Managers as assigned.
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to other regions.
