The HR Technology & People Analytics Analyst is a high impact , analytics professional responsible for owning and advancing our People Analytics strategy. This role requires a practitioner who has successfully built scalable dashboards, partnered directly with business leaders, and delivered insights that influenced decisions. You will independently lead PowerBI dashboard development from data modeling through executive presentation, while elevating how we define, govern, and communicate people metrics across the organization. Although you will support our broader HR technology ecosystem—including UltiPro (UKG), iCIMS, Kronos, and related platforms— the primary expectation is that you serve as a trusted expert in reporting, analytics, and data storytelling . Responsibilities
People Analytics - PowerBI , Reporting & Analytics
- Design, build, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, accurate , and actionable HR insights.
- Translate complex HR data into intuitive visual stories that resonate with leaders and stakeholders.
- Partner with HR, leaders, and functional teams to understand business questions and convert them into well defined metrics and reporting solutions.
- Support both standard and ad hoc reporting requests, including executive level analytics with a high degree of responsiveness.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and clarity in metric definitions across dashboards and reports.
- Support reporting and analytics across our HR technology platforms, including UltiPro (UKG), iCIMS, Kronos, Poka.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT, and internal partners to improve integrations , data flows , and reporting capabilities.
- Assist users with developing, maintaining , and distributing reports, queries, and data extracts.
- Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements with an employee experience mindset.
- Work closely with teammates in a highly collaborative environment that values shared ownership and continuous learning.
- Demonstrate curiosity and courage by asking good questions, challenging assumptions, and proposing better ways to use data.
- Balance independent work with strong partnership across HR, IT, and the business.
- Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and visualization best practices to continuously raise the bar for our work.

Qualifications
- 3 + years of progressive professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, HRIS, or a related field, with clear examples of independently owned deliverables.
- Advanced hand s on experience with PowerBI (or similar tools), including strong data modeling skills, DAX proficiency , dashboard performance optimization, and visualization best practices.
- Proven experience translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and executive ready insights.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise l evel dashboards or reporting suites that are actively used for decision making .
- Strong understanding of data governance, metric standardization, and data validation practices.
- Confident communicator who can present findings to senior leaders and defend assumptions, methodology , and conclusions.
- Experience supporting HR systems and data (UltiPro/UKG, iCIMS, Kronos, Workday, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
