Troubleshoot & Performance tuning in all the above technologies.

Good understanding of the ITIL process.

Production, non-production support & Release Deployments.

Administration & configuration of middleware products like IBM MQ, IIB V10, and IBM Data Power Gateway SOA appliances (ESB).

Qualifications

Good in Data Power administration and setup.
Act as a single point of contact for Project Managers were allocated as a representative of the EAI/ESB Projects team.
Provide a guaranteed 2nd and 3rd level support service for all MQ/IIB & Data Power-related incidents in the event of failure or other subsystem-related problems
Management of the variety of test infrastructure the team builds and supports to ensure that it continues to provide a high level of service, including awareness and adherence to effective risk management.
Apply technical knowledge to resolve a range of incidents/problems within a project context promptly to reduce delays to projects.
Provide out-of-hours on-call cover to support the MQ/IIB environment and deliver projects when required.
Undertake and deliver technical change and/or support, for relevant platforms, activities, and processes relating to the area of specialist knowledge for Technology, either in the local region or globally.
Implemented the clustering of queue managers to achieve workload balancing and reduce system administration
Creation of Broker and its Components on AIX, LINUX, and Windows environments.
Creating Execution groups and Broker Topologies.
Created MQ Queues and Channels required for the Application
Good knowledge of MQ clustering & Distributed queueing.
Good knowledge of MQ client & server communication.
Analyze FFDC & Trace files.
Configure MQ TLS/SSL setup for security.
Configure channel authentication between Client and MQ queue manager.
Tuned up the performance of the MQ and the applications
Troubleshoot problems and errors in IIB 10 & ACE v11 software and applications.
Deployment of domain object artifacts (WSDL files, Certificates/Keys, XSLT, etc.)
Installation and configuration of new Data Power Appliances
Creating and testing all Data Power services (Application Firewall, Multi-Protocol Gateway, Web Service Proxy, etc.)
Experience in configuring & creating components of Data Power appliance such as Web Service Proxy, Multi-Protocol Gateway, and XML Firewall.
Plan
Implementation of Firmware Upgrades
Trouble-shooting Data Power domain application issues (Probe and PCAP analysis)
Trouble-shooting Data Power (interface, static routes) network communication issues
