- The ideal candidate will work on both front and back-end development activities, solutions, methods, and practices.

- He/She will be pushed outside of their comfort zone to constantly learn new skills and develop reusable code libraries.

- His/Her responsibility will be extended in using best practices and writing clean, tested, modular, meaningful code and diagnosing problems at any level (Client, HTTP/Network, Server, Database, OS).

- He/She should understand the business requirements and make informed decisions about the used technologies.
