• Review test plans to ensure that all steps have been completed and all requirements have been met before approving test plans for execution.
• Communicating with other project team members such as programmers, analysts, and software developers regarding project status, issues, or concerns.
• Conducting research on new technologies to determine their application in future projects.
• Coordinating with managers to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Mentoring and coach junior members of the testing team .
• Evaluating the success of a test by comparing results to predicted outcomes or using other metrics such as code coverage or defect rates.
• Coordinating activities with vendors and other external parties involved in the testing process.
• Coordinating with clients to determine project goals and objectives, and scheduling tests accordingly.
• Monitoring progress throughout the test cycle to ensure that milestones are met.
• Conducting tests on software applications and computer systems to identify issues and find solutions.

• +10 years’ experience in Quality, minimum 3+ years in leading teams.
• +5 years in team management.
• +3 Banking Experience is preferred.
• Strong practical experience in Automation testing and/or Performance.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong technical analysis skill set required for troubleshooting issues in highly complex architectural environments.

Certification:

• PMP certificate is a plus.
