Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and warehousing teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products and deliveries
- Develop and implement effective inventory management and control systems to optimize storage and distribution
- Manage and motivate the logistics team, providing training, guidance and support to drive high performance
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a logistics or supply chain environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes
- Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets
- Experience managing teams of 10-20 logistics and warehouse staff across multiple shifts
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related field
