Role Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading Mufeed’s marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and promote the company’s services in events, media production, and advertising. The role oversees marketing campaigns, digital presence, brand communication, sponsorships, and market positioning to ensure effective outreach and measurable results.
Strategic Leadership & Corporate Identity
Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing, corporate communications, and brand strategy for Mufeed and its subsidiaries, aligned with overall corporate objectives.
Manage and safeguard brand identity, ensuring consistency and accurate implementation across all channels, entities, and projects.
Establish integrated corporate communication plans to enhance reputation and strengthen brand positioning.
Integrated Media & Marketing Presence Management
Lead and unify all media, marketing, and visual presence of Mufeed and its subsidiaries across all external communication channels, including website and digital platforms, social media (strategy, content, engagement, and community management), press releases and media relations, exhibitions and events, printed and digital marketing materials, visual content such as videos and infographics, and emerging communication channels.
Intellectual Property (IP) Projects Marketing & Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing and media strategies for proprietary IP projects such as Di Platform, Kuhaila, and others.
Oversee all communication, marketing, and sponsorship aspects related to these projects.
Develop and strengthen sub-brands while ensuring alignment with Mufeed’s master brand.
Sponsorship Leadership
Develop internal and external sponsorship strategies and define selection criteria.
Manage the full sponsorship lifecycle including identification, negotiation, contracting, execution, and reporting.
Identify and evaluate strategic sponsorship opportunities.
Measure sponsorship ROI and manage allocated budgets.
Integrated Marketing Campaign Management
Design marketing campaign strategies for internal and external projects.
Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns across digital, traditional, and event channels.
Define target audiences and craft effective marketing messages.
Manage campaign budgets and measure effectiveness using KPIs.
Technical & Financial Proposals
Prepare technical and financial proposals related to marketing and sponsorships.
Meet with prospective clients to present and explain marketing and sponsorship components.
Corporate Communications & Media Relations
Develop and implement corporate communication plans for internal and external projects.
Build strategic relationships with local and regional media outlets.
Manage crisis communications to protect corporate reputation.
Oversee press releases and respond to media inquiries.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
Establish KPIs for marketing, communications, and sponsorship activities.
Monitor and analyze performance using relevant tools.
Prepare data-driven reports with recommendations for improvement.
Operational & Resource Management
Lead and develop the marketing, sponsorship, and communications team.
Manage departmental operational budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Coordinate with Business Development, Projects, and IT departments to ensure alignment.
Manage relationships with agencies, production partners, and PR firms.
Explore and implement emerging marketing trends and technologies.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management in line with business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Marketing or Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
Experience In Events, Media, Or Advertising Industries Is Preferred.
