We operate leagues across games like Call of Duty, Madden, NBA 2K, Counter-Strike, and more. Every match is supervised live to ensure competitive integrity and a high-quality experience.
Live operations are critical to our platform.
We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead and scale our live operations team.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing the team that runs live matches on 1v1Me.
Your job is to ensure live operations run smoothly, processes are followed consistently, and the team performs at a high level.
This is a leadership and operations role. You will manage people, scheduling, performance, and operational quality.
Your work will directly impact product quality, reliability, and scalability.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Manage and coach live operations team members
- Ensure all operational processes are followed correctly
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and execution
Hiring, Onboarding, and Training
- Interview and hire new live operations team members
- Run onboarding and training processes
- Ensure new hires are fully prepared before working live matches
- Continuously improve training systems
Scheduling & Coverage
- Create and manage weekly team schedules
- Ensure proper coverage across all operating hours
- Manage schedule changes, callouts, and coverage gaps
- Optimize staffing to ensure efficient operations
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies
- Improve workflows and internal processes
- Help scale live operations as the company grows

Live operations are core to the 1v1Me experience.
When live operations run well:
- Matches run smoothly
- Players trust the platform
- The product scales successfully
When they do not, the entire experience suffers.
You are responsible for ensuring operational excellence.

Compensation
Salary: $125,000~
