- Commanding the Room: Leading high-stakes business reviews and strategic pitches. You don't just show data; you use your advanced presentation skills to tell a story that earns client trust and investment.
- Negotiating Success: Navigating complex stakeholder relationships. You’ll use your influence to align global client expectations with local operational realities, ensuring a "win-win" for everyone.
- Breaking Barriers: Working across Finance, IT, and HR to remove the "red tape" that slows down growth.

- The Growth Engine: You’ll identify "white space" in a client’s business where MicroSourcing can add more value, directly impacting our EBITDA and Client Growth targets.
- Operational Design: You’ll lead a high-performing team of Senior Managers and Specialists, coaching them to think like business owners rather than just task managers.
- Site Stewardship: From seat planning and site renovations to health and safety compliance, you ensure the physical "home" of our partnerships is world-class.
- The Experienced Leader: You have 8+ years of leadership in a BPO/Operations setting. You understand the "mechanics" of the business but are ready to lead the "strategy."
- The Sophisticated Communicator: Your English (written and oral) is impeccable. You can take a complex spreadsheet and turn it into a 5-slide PowerPoint deck that convinces a CEO to double their headcount.
- The Tech-Enablement Fan: You aren't a coder, but you are a "power user." You look for ways to use AI and automation to solve old problems.
- The Decision Maker: You are comfortable making the "tough calls" on cost-savings, site management, and people development while maintaining a positive, resilient culture.
- The Academic & Toolset Pro: You hold a Bachelor’s degree and are a master of MS Office. You view Excel and PowerPoint as your primary tools for influence.
