The executive couple on the Upper East Side has established a new role to support a new chapter. This position will be based in our client's family office located in Lower Manhattan.
Ideal candidates will have meaningful education, have traveled internationally, and have work and life experiences that prepare them to plan events, select gifts, manage a move, liaise with an auction house, and organize family trips to exotic destinations like Africa (or even just to Disneyland) with family members of all generations
You should be capable of overseeing an impeccable 5,000 square foot apartment, working with a housekeeper, and overseeing a home in Pound Ridge, NY. Savvy, discretion, a modern and worldly outlook, and independence are important ay. We appreciate team members who know when to ask for help, accept constructive input, and take responsibility if they drop the ball (like we all do).
Schedule:
You will primarily work either in the office or at an apartment near 65th Street and Park Avenue. We value individuals who are able to anticipate the next seven steps, are highly organized, and communicate with clarity and maturity.
Compensation:
Starting salary of $200,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus. Our goal is to find someone who can step into the role and quickly become operational, as we will also invest in sharing our world and expectations with you.
