- The Unifier Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration, customization, and technical delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier modules. The role requires hands-on expertise in developing Unifier Business Processes (BPs), Data Structures, Integrations, and Reports to support enterprise project controls and governance requirements for large-scale capital programs.
- Unifier Configuration & Development
- Design and configure Business Processes (BPs) — including both workflow and non-workflow types (e.g., Purchase Requisitions, Invoices, Variation Orders Payment Applications, Accruals, Contract Management, etc.).
- Configure shell structures, WBS hierarchy, modules, and design templates for Project/Program/Portfolio levels.
- Develop data definitions, data pickers, and auto-numbering sequences as per project governance requirements.
- Create data views, and custom logs using Unifier UI and uDesigner tools.
- Configure permissions, roles, and user access groups based on functional requirements.
- Integration & Reporting
- Work with integration teams to design, test, and maintain interfaces between Unifier and external systems (e.g., P6, SAP, Aconex, Power BI, etc.).
- Develop custom integrations using Unifier Web Services / REST APIs and middleware tools.
- Create custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, Unifier Data Cubes, or external visualization tools.
- Testing, Documentation & Support
- Prepare configuration documentation, functional design specification documents (FDSs)
- Support SIT, UAT and resolve defects in coordination with onshore teams.
- Develop deployment packages and manage migration across environments (DEV → TEST → PROD).
- Provide L2/L3 support for system enhancements and issue resolution post go-live.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate closely with onshore functional leads, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical configurations.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and release planning for effective quality delivery
- Ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables aligned with project governance and client standards.
- Technical Expertise: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Primavera Unifier, including uDesigner, Shell Manager, Data Structure, and Integration Framework.
- Integrations: Experience with Unifier Web Services, REST APIs, and middleware platforms (adapters).
- Reporting: Proficiency in BI Publisher, XML templates, and SQL queries.
- Database: Working knowledge of Oracle SQL.
- Configuration Management: Experience managing configurations, environments, and migration processes.
- Testing & Documentation: Ability to prepare test cases, perform UAT, and document configuration details systematically.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with onshore teams.
- Certifications (Preferred): Oracle Primavera Unifier Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Exposure to Primavera P6, Aconex, or SAP integration scenarios.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or capital project domains.
- Knowledge of Stage Gate, or Project Governance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or equivalent).
