We are seeking a Product Design Engineer Intern with a Mechanical Engineering background to support the development of next‑generation AR devices for industrial and frontline applications. This role is fully on‑site in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Role Requirements
- Must be a senior graduating by Summer 2027 pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with 3D CAD, preferably PTC Creo.
- Ability to create 2D drawings from 3D models.
- Familiarity with 3D printing processes.
- Strong, self‑motivated problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on experience with test fixtures, fabrication, and mechanical assembly.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Support development of proofs of concept and product specifications.
- Design test fixtures and experimental setups.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to tests and fixtures.
- Perform hands‑on teardown, assembly, and testing to validate mechanical concepts.
