Key Responsibilities
- Manage up to 10 active construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
- Act as the main point of contact for clients; maintain professionalism and strong communication
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules
- Hire and coordinate subcontractors; oversee quality of work and on-site execution
- Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries
- Track budgets, handle overages, and negotiate change orders as needed
- Handle daily operations such as jobsite inspections, measurements, and quality control
- Quickly adapt to evolving site conditions; make autonomous field decisions
- Ensure jobsite cleanliness and safety at all times
- Perform light carpentry work when needed to keep projects on schedule
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in the construction field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferably a truck)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- U.S. work authorization
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in a project management role
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, ProCore)
- Spanish or multilingual proficiency
- Own tools and ability to use them confidently
- Compensation: Bi-weekly pay, project completion bonuses, and performance-based pay
