- Independently manage day-to-day operations of the assigned location.
- Ensure achievement of operational, financial, and service objectives as per approved budgets and forecasts.
- Experience in managing large-scale camp catering operations, covering all levels of service, with more than 5,000 POB
- Strong knowledge of cost control and client relationship management
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve employee morale, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
- Coordinate with central support teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare operational reports and submit them to management as required.
- Willingness to work in remote locations as per business needs.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in catering operations, preferably within the UAE or Middle East
- Proven experience in managing catering operations.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards (HACCP), compliance, and regulatory laws.
- Ability to manage operations independently with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of financial controls, cost management, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent command of English speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in remote site locations.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
